Four phases of lockdown modemoderation
Restrict comments
Settings → Privacy → Comments → "Allow comments from" → change to "People you follow" (most restrictive). Or use Manage Comments on individual posts to enable manual approval.
Page moderation
Meta Business Suite → Page Settings → Moderation → enable "Review comments before they appear." This holds all new Page comments for approval.
Filter all comments
Settings → Privacy → Comments → "Filter all comments." This holds every new comment for your review before it appears publicly.
Hold all for review
YouTube Studio → Settings → Community → Defaults → "Hold all comments for review." This is the most restrictive setting available.
