Processing means AI classification (spam, toxicity, sentiment) — whether the comment is hidden, replied to, or allowed through. Starter includes up to 3,000 comments & DMs per month, Growth 6,000, Pro 12,000, and Elite 25,000.

Most brands start on Pro because it unlocks DM automation, weekly analytics, and API access alongside unlimited AI moderation and auto-replying. Starter is best if you're a solo creator or small brand testing the product. Growth suits small teams who need real-time alerts. Elite is for larger teams handling higher volume with more workspaces.

FeedGuardians supports Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube — including organic posts and paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads. One subscription covers all four platforms and channels are unlimited on every plan.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You'll get a heads-up notification as you approach your limit. If you consistently exceed your quota, we'll recommend upgrading to a higher plan that matches your real volume. We never cut off moderation mid-month — we prefer to have a conversation first.

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, we delete all raw comment data within 30 days. Exportable backups are available before cancellation.
