Up to 500 comments per run, paste one per line. The tool processes them in batches of 50, so even a 500-comment batch usually completes within 60–90 seconds.

What does "Net Sentiment" mean?

It's a single score from −100 to +100 representing the overall tone: (positives − negatives) ÷ total × 100. A score above +50 means strong positive momentum; below −20 means you have a meaningful problem to address.

How is "Risk" different from "Sentiment"?

A negative comment isn't necessarily risky — it might just be honest feedback. Risk specifically flags PR-sensitive content: legal threats, slurs, accusations of fraud, threats, or anything that could escalate publicly. High-risk items need human attention.

Can I export the results?

Yes. Download the full analysis as CSV with comment, sentiment, risk, suggested action, and topic — open in Excel, Google Sheets, or feed into any CRM or BI tool.

What does "Topic" tell me?

Accepted Answer

AI extracts a 1–3 word topic per comment ("shipping", "product quality", "praise", "spam", "competitor"). The Top Topics summary shows what your audience is actually talking about — often more useful than sentiment alone.

Is my comment data stored?

No. Comments are sent to OpenAI for analysis and aren't stored on our servers. Replace any personal info (names, emails, order numbers) with placeholders before pasting.
