Facebook offers two comment moderation actions with different use cases:
Hiding Comments (Reversible)
What happens: Comment becomes invisible to everyone except you (Page admin/post owner) and the commenter. The commenter receives no notification and can still see their comment.

Method 1: Hide Comments on Facebook Page Posts
For business Facebook Pages, hiding comments is the primary moderation tool.
Navigate to Your Post
Open Facebook → go to your Page → find the post with the comment you want to hide. The post can be on your Page timeline or an ad.
Locate the Comment
Scroll to the comment you want to hide. Hover over the comment—a three dots (...) icon appears on the right side.
Hide the Comment
Click the three dots (...) → select "Hide comment" from the dropdown menu.

Verify Hidden Status

Method 2: Hide Comments on Personal Profile Posts
Personal Facebook profiles have the same hiding functionality as Pages.
Step 1: Find Your Post
