What's the difference between Exact and Fuzzy mode?

Fuzzy = AI also fires on intent-equivalent comments ("send me", "yes pls", "interested", "how do I get it") even if the literal trigger isn't there. Fuzzy mode catches 2–4× more legitimate fires.
